BLOKWORX was the first vendor that showed me a channel-exclusive preventative endpoint protection service (MAED). Their service is 100% laser-focused on endpoint protection, making it immensely effective at keeping our clients protected and lowering our risk of having a client security incident. As we increased our security stack components to deal with the new threat surfaces in the last few years, we increased our visibility into potential threats, which in turn raised our security tickets/events. Even by a conservative estimate, we likely increased our security events by a thousand fold, which, for an MSP, is not sustainable and erodes profit margin with a lot of labor costs. Sure, SIEM/SOAR solutions seem like they are the answer to decrease the costs. However, at the end of the day, you still need the pool of security expertise to keep up with all the R&D to vet the best in class endpoint solutions (as well as the gap-solutions that seem to be cropping up every six months) as well as tune the expensive SIEM/SOAR solution in addition to the expense you already have on your multiple endpoint protection solutions.
